Special Event Tickets. Programming will proceed as scheduled unless conditions are deemed unsafe by event organizers. Sunday June 8th: 10am-4pm. Saturday June 7th: 10am-6pm. Does not apply to Sales, Specials, or packages. Thursday June 5th: 11am-6pm.

Gay Days is a rain-or-shine event. Please note that all ticket sales are final. Everything you need to know about Disney World GayDays Orlando including dates, how to avoid crowds, and more. By purchasing a ticket or participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

In the rare case of a full event cancellation due to severe weather or emergency circumstances, any refund or rescheduling options will be communicated officially through our website and social media channels. If you arrive after regular Expo hours, tickets will also be available at the ticket window located in the Main Lobby of the hotel.

Events and Performers are subject to change Refund only if full paid ticket was purchased. GayDays® Orlando is not a single-day event, it is the #1 premier LGBTQ+ vacation experience occurring over 5 days during the weekend in June.
